I Called Modern Plumbing for an emergency leak that was turning my backyard into a swamp I wasn’t sure that modern plumbing could or would respond so quickly, but to my amazement, they not only responded, but Frank himself came out the next day and fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Even gave a great price to boot. Excellent service.

Owner was great at communicating with me. I knew pricing range before repairman Dakota arrived. Dakota did a great job/fast job replacing my garbage disposal. The only thing I had issue with us the $70 trip charge. I live 16 miles north of Redding. I expect a trip charge, but for about half that amount.

Modern Plumbing has done multiple projects for us—septic work, hot water heater replacement, indoor work, etc. They are always on time, professional, thorough, friendly, and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

They responded very quickly and were quite friendly. They helped identify the problem and offered a variety of reasonably priced solutions. I will definitely call them again in the future.

The leak is fixed and no problems since then. It was an expensive repair and they worked hard to get it done. That is the important part that is worth the five stars. Be prepared to have your appointment rescheduled without a lot of notice.

On time, not quick to pass blame, fixed the damage, and prepared to replace the dishwasher from Best Buy as soon as they receive their replacement. Actually, so pleased I have him doing some other plumbing when he returns.

Rental water heater failed the day we were leaving for vacation. One call to Modern Plumbing is all it took. Modern Plumbing diagnosed and repaired quickly, and provided text updates throughout. All with very fair pricing. We were able to go on vacation, confident that Modern Plumbing was handling our rental water heater problem.

Excellent customer service! Frank is experienced and efficient. Shows up on time and makes helpful recommendations. He was our plumber for a major kitchen remodel and has helped with two bathroom remodels as well. I appreciate the annual maintenance program he set up for us. I recommend him without reservation!

I think Tim did a very good job. The bath tub now empties and I can use my dish washer. He is curtius and knowledgeable.

These guys were great. Got the distribution box and leachfield installed in one day. Big job efficiently done. We were very impressed. Really nice guys too.

Lost water heater. Required immediate replacement. Got immediate response and 3 hours after first call I was once again happy. Efficient. Workmanlike. Good job. Great price. Good people.

Modern Plumbing were very friendly, easy to talk to and did high quality work, on time, for me. i got water supply and regulator for my house updated and gas line extended through other side of wall. i would highly recommend them.

Very nice company and very nice people who come and work on your home. Most of all very fair in price when doing work for you.. Even if it's wiring a light switch. Yes i will call the again if i need them..
